And if you listen closely, you might just feel the lake’s gentle rise and fall, the legendary heartbeat of a sleeping giant, said in Maori legend to still pulse beneath the waters of lake Whakatipu.

Shared communal saunas can be booked in 1-hour blocks, or you can book a private sauna for up to 6 people. Cold plunge in Lake Whakatipu is included for each booking.
